SOCIAL INNOVATIONS

COMMUNITY AND CHARITY PROJECT

We provide strategic and conceptual support for the WHY DO YOU LOVE FOOTBALL? project, which was initiated by German and international football fans and launched on 14 July 2024. Check out  the Website Welcome to Whyuluvfootball and YouTube channel Whyuluvfootball.

The aim of the project, as well as its numerous supporters and renowned partners, is to make a small contribution to improving the lives of children and young people living in extreme poverty around the world. Donations are being collected to give away a total of 100,000 high-quality footballs in 2025. In Ethiopia alone, 17,000 footballs are needed.

A football has great meaning for many children and triggers joy and activity. An estimated 4 billion people worldwide are football fans. Over 300 million children worldwide live in extreme poverty. The video campaign aims to sensitise football fans to child poverty. From 23 August 2024, DAZN Germany will report on the fan project and broadcast videos.

PROGRESSIVE AND ENTERTAINING TV MAGAZINE FOR ARD

DIE ZUKUNFTSMACHER is a TV magazine programme that gets Germany excited about progress and presents innovative solutions for a better future. The programme features thought leaders and doers from science, business, politics and society.

They talk about their projects, their successes, but also about the obstacles and setbacks they have had to overcome. Government and authority representatives who hinder progress through political and bureaucratic hurdles must face a critical discourse. The realisation of DIE ZUKUNFTSMACHER is currently being planned.

GET TO KNOW EUROPE’S MASTERMINDS!

We support young people who are passionate about innovation on a trip to a European country. Get to know new people, their culture and their dreams. Take a look around to see where there are particularly exciting social and economic innovation projects in Europe and make a video documentary about your favourite projects, write a report or conduct an interview with the founders of the innovation project.

From January 2025, we will support your travel plans with a travel allowance of 50% on flight and accommodation costs if you would like to be active as an innovation researcher. Three teams of two people can take advantage of our FLY ME TO THE MOON offer each year.

SUSTAINABLE GROWTH

A NEW WORK 7.0 PROJECT

We support Super7000 and its founder and CEO Markus Lezaun in the development of a strategic growth model and in the design of impact-oriented programmes for investors, foundations, associations, sponsors and philanthropists.

A NEW SOFTWARE BRAND WITH POSITIVE HEALTH EFFECTS

We are supporting the two entrepreneurs and developers Marc Mikulla & Rudi Büchner (3MONKEYS + 7DWARFS) from the United Arab Emirates (Dubai Silicon Oasis) in the development of an innovative B2B software brand that has a positive effect on health and work-life balance in addition to its purely functional added value.

A GROWTH PROJECT FOCUSSING ON THE TOPIC OF HEALTH

We are developing a strategic brand and growth concept for Thomas Rieser, the founder of NOU TANGO, and his team, focussing on the topic of health. NOU is one of the most beautiful tango dance temples and tango dance schools in Germany with a high level of expertise in the field of tango & therapy. The NOU continuously offers courses for patients and mourners.

Thomas is currently writing his doctoral thesis at the Charité hospital in Berlin on how tango can help people with cancer to heal and regenerate. We will promote and expand the NOU’s strong social commitment through various measures.

EMPOWERMENT

AN INSPIRATION AND EMPOWERMENT PROJECT BY AND FOR YOUNG PEOPLE

A Powerhouse (POHO) is a creative, inspiring place where young people living in poverty receive professional support to develop their talents and skills. The focus is on promoting music, art, sport and social entrepreneurship.

POHO CARACAS is also a place to simply have a good and carefree time with other young people. The world’s first POHO is currently being planned and will open in summer 2025. We would like to thank our friends and partners in Venezuela, with whom we are currently developing the world’s first POHO. The creative director of the project is Dulce Gomez, one of Venezuela’s most renowned artists and social entrepreneurs.

MAKING HAMBURG MORE LIVEABLE, ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY AND BEAUTIFUL THROUGH SYNERGIES

MOINMOIN is a private, community-orientated initiative of Hamburg residents who love Hamburg and share an important social concern. The aim is to make Hamburg a better place to live, more environmentally friendly and more beautiful.

We pool the synergies of local social partners, associations and companies with a focus on the common good and work together to create new social projects and co-operations that make life in Hamburg even better. We support the initiative with our expertise to develop and implement new social innovation projects.

NATSQ 3000 is a media brand that is primarily concerned with progress and innovation. We are currently building a network of journalists and developing an exclusive platform for knowledge transformation and empowerment. The new know-how platform will be launched on 1 October 2025. NATSQ stands for NEVER ACCEPT THE STATUS QUO.

NATURE AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

SPECIES CONSERVATION PROJECT

Together with Wolfgang Düring, a renowned butterfly expert from Germany, we are developing a multi-year species conservation project for the endangered dark meadow blue butterfly in Rhineland-Palatinate.

AWARENESS CAMPAIGN

We are currently developing an international influencer campaign in the field of nature and environmental protection that demonstrates the simple ways in which we can behave in a more environmentally friendly way on our planet and the effects that can be achieved through a more emphatic and intelligent approach to nature. Our campaign will be launched on 5 June 2025 on International World Environment Day.

ART & CULTURE

BLUES & GROOVE FESTIVAL

From 21 to 23 November 2025, the first WILD WILD MOUSE Festival will take place in Berlin with international live streaming for true blues & groove fans. Part of the proceeds will go towards supporting young musicians and financing musical instruments.

MOTHERS UNITED

With Ugo Dossi we are working on an international, socially formative innovation project that creates new light and a social aura in public space in a special way.

Ugo is a German painter and object artist who has been represented at documenta 6 and 8, twice at the Venice Biennale and at the Paris and Buenos Aires Biennales. From 1997 to 1999, he was appointed professor at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich.

Ugo is interested in the subconscious, the super-reality and the endeavour to make the universal visual world of the subconscious visible. We will present the project in summer 2025.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

THE FIRST AI HOTEL FOR CREATIVITY AND SUSTAINABLE GROWTH

As part of an AI research project, we are trying to find an answer to how creative people and progress makers can be optimally supported in strategy and creativity processes by artificial intelligence. To this end, we are developing a study design and a digital hotel as a meeting and inspiration centre.

In August 2025, we will present the first research results and invite interested parties to visit and check into our digital hotel called NATSQ AI. NATSQ stands for NEVER ACCEPT THE STATUS QUO.

HIGHER EFFICIENCY FOR NGOs

Our second AI research project deals with the question of how NGOs can work and cooperate more efficiently and effectively worldwide. For this complex task, we are currently looking for researchers who would like to develop a final study design and new AI applications with us.

BRAND RESEARCH

We conduct brand research on an ongoing basis. For one simple reason: we see our work as brand strategists and innovation developers as a high-performance sport and an agile process. We need daily training and unique, complex challenges. We conduct research with a high level of intrinsic motivation and passion because brands have a high emotional significance for us. In this respect, we are doing something we love. Exploring brands, getting to the bottom of them, sounding out their potential.

We are currently devoting particular attention to the brands adidas, ARD/ZDF, Hubert Burda Media, Emerson Collective, Prada Group, the Rolling Stones, SAP and Tchibo. The analyses of these brands, markets and target groups provide us with important insights for our Eternity model. If you call this name dropping, we find it understandable, but a pity.

We see brand research as something very positive for society as a whole. We want to shed more light on the topic and make it more transparent in public discourse. In cooperation with other experts, we will publish exciting insights and personal experiences on some topics.
